Our pricing couldn’t be easier.  We offer American Bar Association members and affiliates a flat, nationwide premium charge by policy limit.  This pricing is available to all members, regardless of whether you live in an urban or suburban or rural location and regardless of other location factors as well. 

Further, our pricing is among the lowest in the industry for the extensive coverage provided.

• $1M limit - $400 annually
• $2M limit - $550 annually
• $3M limit - $650 annually
• $4M limit - $750 annually
• $5M limit - $850 annually
• $6M limit - Premium subject to underwriting
• $7M limit - Premium subject to underwriting
• $8M limit - Premium subject to underwriting
• $9M limit - Premium subject to underwriting
• $10M limit - Premium subject to underwriting

* Defense costs are in addition to the above limits.
